Returns & Refunds policy

Thank you for shopping at WolfSpec. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 28 days of the original purchase of the product. We believe in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience, from browsing to purchasing to returns, if necessary.

Cancellation Right

You are entitled to cancel your order within 28 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for canceling an order is 28 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us about your decision by email: info@wolfspec.com

Upon receiving your cancellation notice, we will communicate to you an acknowledgment of receipt without delay.

Refunds

We will process the refund no later than 28 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, without any fees being incurred as a result of the reimbursement. Please note, the timing of the refund appearing in your account will depend on your card issuer's policies.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 28 days

• The goods are in their original packaging and in the condition they were received

• Proof of purchase is provided

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized

• The supply of goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry has passed

• The supply of goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Goods should be sent to the following address:

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
